DAY 1 - 16/10

We fly early morning from Skellefteå, via Arlanda and land in Milan at lunchtime.
By bus we go to La Spezia and our hotel Firenze Continental.

DAY 2 - 17/10

We take the train from La Spezia to Vernazzo, where we have some time to stroll around.
before we walk with our guide towards Corniglia. Corniglia is located on a hundred meter high, steep headland, near a hill with many vineyards. Here we have the opportunity to admire all the other four villages that make up the Cinque Terre. To get to the center, we walk on a "Lardarnia", a 377 steps long staircase.
Time for lunch on your own before taking the train from Corniglia to Riomaggiore.
Here we do a short city walk before returning to La Spezia at 4 pm.

DAY 3, 18/10

After breakfast we put on our hiking boots again and take our picnic lunch with us. Today we walk from Levanto to Monterosso, via Mesco Cape. We arrive in the early afternoon and have free time to look around the old town. Monterosso is the most northwestern of the five small fishing villages in the
Cinque Terre National Park, which offers a sandy beach, dramatic rocky coastline and
rocky coastline and an atmospheric medieval town center.

DAY 4 - 19/10

Today we take the train to Corniglia where we start the day's hike to Volastra. Volastra is located at 350 meters above sea level, on the back of a steep hill surrounded by terraced vineyards and olive trees and enclosed by an impressive stone wall. Volastra is a small village where the houses are built in semi-circles to blend in with the landscape. Here we have a picnic lunch and enjoy the landscape.
Then we walk on to Manarola, the picturesque tiny village that looks like a toy miniature clinging to the crevices of the plunging mountains along the Italian Riviera. Again, there's time to look around before taking the train back to La Spezia.

DAY 5 - 20/10

We walk slowly through the town and down to the harbor where we board the ferry to Palmaria Island. Here we do a three-hour hike and explore the island.
The view from Palmaria is amazing. On one side we look out over Poets Bay and the colorful village of Portovenere. On the other side we see blue water and blue sky. Also this day we have a picnic lunch which we eat at the appropriate time. On the way back, we take the ferry over to the village of Portovenere for a closer look. We have free time before the boat takes us back to La Spezia.

DAY 6, 21/10

Time to pack your hiking boots and start the journey towards Parma.
We are picked up by our bus outside the hotel and our first stop is with the Lanfranchi family.
Lanfranchi family. For more than twenty years, the family has been involved in the production of the famous
famous ham "Prosciutto di Parma", a product unique for its naturalness and inimitable sweetness, known and loved all over the world. We will of course taste their own Parma ham. Then we head to Parma and our hotel Novotel Parma Centro.

DAYS 7-8, 22-23/10

Day 7. Day for your own wanderings. Try the Parmesan cheese that comes from here, visit the opera house
opera house, stroll through the old town or the city's botanical garden. And for a longer walk, take the Lungoparma, a path along the River Parma, which offers a scenic route where you can enjoy both the city's architecture and the relaxing atmosphere of the waterfront.

Day 8: After breakfast we will be picked up by our coach and we will head towards Milan and our flight back home.
